Path: RE -> Real Estate -> Project Report Creation

After land confirmation, Project can create.

Enter username and press RESET

When you select land you can start to add project details.

Enter username and press RESET

Once you update project details you can see project in “Project List”

Enter username and press RESET

Fromthe first panel you can update basic project details.

Enter username and press RESET

From second panel you can addvalue item that land has. Then you can update value items. Enter username and press RESET

From 3rdpanel you can add project budget.

Enter username and press RESET

If you define stamp fees, Legal fees, introducer commission percentage in configuration budget amount will calculate automatically.

4thpanel you can add marketing details.

From 5th panel you canadd sales expected perch price. You can add perch price as part by part.But total extended of perch should be total land extended.

Enter username and press RESET

From 6th panel you can add ‘Development time’ framefor each task month by month.Then you can update.

Enter username and press RESET

From 7th panel you can add sales time for two year time by parentage.

Enter username and press RESET

After confirm all project detail you can see “Generate Evaluation Reports” button in 1st panel.
