-In case you forgot your password do not try more than two times. If you try more than twice, your account will be locked.
-In your log in screen, there is a link to reset your password. Please click on "Forgot password?" link and the system will ask for your username.
-Provide the username on given text box and press "RESET". Then contact your admin to reset your password.
-Admins can see password reset request on top notification bar. From there they can select the request and give a temporary password.
